Our Pro-Gest® 2oz tube contains about a one-month supply and a 4oz tube is about a two-month supply. Pro-Gest® Cream contains 450 mg of USP Progesterone per ounce (20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon).

How to Use: Apply once or twice daily by dispensing 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon into your palm and rubbing cream onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs, rotating area each time. For best results, use three weeks on and one week off each month.
